Our pizzas are 11”-12”, hand stretched and cooked at 800+ degrees for less than 2 minutes in our Italian brick oven. We will gladly remove any items from our classics, but we cannot make additions or substitutions. It just messes with our minds too much. Feel free to build your own if you don’t see something you LOVE already crafted for you.
